Q: Where are your products made?: All items are printed to order via Digitees (New Zealand customers) and Printify (for international orders). Your item is made just for you!

Q: How long does shipping take?: For NZ customers, expect delivery within 2–5 working days after production. International orders can take 7–14 business days, depending on your region.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?: Since all items are custom printed, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us — we’ll make it right!
